We have three ways that you can order the products you see in our
online store. You may use a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
or American Express), you can fax in your order and credit card
data, or may pay by check, or money order in US dollars via US Mail.
If your credit card order
totals $850 or more, you
MUST provide your fax number
on the data form during
the "Checkout"
procedure or else the processing
of your order will be delayed
while we contact you for
that number. See details
on our
Fax/Back
Confirmation
program.
Note on Order Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your
order, you must do so before
it ships, or else it will
be considered a return and
will then be covered under
our Returns
Policy, which requires
a RMA number and up to a
20% restocking fee.
It is preferred that ALL
online order cancellations
be made by email sent to
Customer
Service. You can call
to cancel your order at
800-643-0793. Either way,
if you do NOT receive a
cancellation confirmation
number by the close of the
next business day, you should
contact us again. No order
is considered cancelled
without this confirmation
number. No order that has
already been shipped can
be cancelled, it can only
be returned.
Ordering Online Via
Our Secure Server:
Ordering online is easy, fast, and 100% guaranteed secure. To help
make your shopping as fast as possible, you do not go onto the
secure side of our server until you go to "Checkout",
where you give us your credit card and contact data. The following
applies after you have entered the Online Store. Here's how it
works:
Click on a category from
the list on the left side of the screen, and all items in that
category will be displayed with a picture and short description
of the product in the main panel. If there are too many products
to be shown on one page, you will need to click "Next"
to view the remaining products.
If
you would like to get more information on an item, click on the
product's picture or the link next to the image to get a more
detailed description. Occasionally, other images of the product
(different colors, sizes, etc.) will be on the detail page,
along with ordering options.
If
options are available for this product, make your selections
then press the "Order" button. If a quantity option is
available, then specify the number of items that you want to
purchase.
You
will be shown your shopping cart contents which include the
product you just added to the cart.
To
continue browsing the same category, you will need to click on
your "Back" button two or three times to get back to
the category you were viewing.
To
browse another category, simply click its name on the left side
category menu bar.
When
you are finished shopping, and your cart contains all of the
items you wish to purchase, click on "Checkout" to
begin finalizing your order. You will now be moved to the Secure
Server where you will enter your credit card and shipping
information. You should then see a padlock icon in one of the
little boxes at the bottom of your Web browser which lets you
know that any information that you send to us will be secure.
If
you have shopped with us before, type in your customer code in
the "Customer Code:" box on the next page and click
"Lookup Customer". If you wish to save this
information in your browser (the code only, not your customer
information) check the "Save Customer Code for Next
Time?" box. The billing and shipping information you last
used will be automatically filled in for you. If you need to
change any of your shipping or billing information, simply
correct any data that you wish to modify.
If
this is your first time shopping with us, you will need to fill
in your billing and shipping information in the appropriate
boxes, then read through our Terms and Conditions.
Please
note: it is imperative that you give us your CORRECT e-mail
address - if it is not a valid e-mail address, your order
receipt will not arrive in your mailbox and your order may be
significantly delayed or not processed at all. We cannot
stress the importance of this enough. AOL users, your full
internet e-mail address is required, eg: SCREEN_NAME@aol.com.
Next,
click on "I accept the terms above. Please continue.".
The
resulting page shows you a summary of your order and allows you
to fill in any Store Credit,Gift Certificate or
special offer Coupons you may have. If you have a Store
credit, we will have sent you your code via e-mail - cut and
paste it into the "Coupon Code" box. Also select which
credit card you will use for your payment and when you are
finished, click on "Continue".
On
the next page, fill in your credit card number and expiration
date information. Then click "Continue" to finish
your order.
The
next page is your receipt, which shows the details of your order
and gives you some preliminary order processing and shipping
information. We encourage you to save and/or print out this page
for your records. You'll also be getting another proof of
purchase in your e-mail box in a few minutes as described in the
Receipts and Records section
of the Paying for Your Products page.
Your order is now
complete, and your cart has been emptied. No information is
stored on your computer after you leave the store except for the
customer code, if you checked the appropriate box described
above.
Please read product
descriptions and all other information on the product page carefully
- the questions you may have are usually answered on that page, and
you can save yourself time by simply reading the entire page.
To order via fax, simply follow the instructions above up until the
page which gives you a summary of your order and allows you to fill
in your shipping and billing information. Print the page out, fill
in your information before printing and fax it to us along with your
credit card number, expiration date, and signature next to the total
to be charged to the card. Agreement with the Terms and Conditions
is implied when you fax in an order. Our fax number can be found on
the Contact Us
page.
To order via US Mail, follow the same instructions as for a fax
order, but include a check or money order drawn in US dollars and
send it to us at the mailing address listed in our
Contact Us page.
We cannot process checks or money orders drawn in foreign
currencies. Please inquire with your bank about purchasing a money
order or cashier's check drawn in US funds. There are no additional
charges for ordering by US Mail. Orders paid with money orders will
be shipped when received. Orders paid for by check will not
ship until your check has cleared our bank.
