What
if I have a question. Do you have a phone number I can call for help?
To keep our costs down, we provide customer service primarily by e-mail.
Our staff will generally respond within hours of your query, but in no
case will our reply take longer than 48 hours. We will ask that you give
us a phone number so that we can call you if we have a question about your
inquiry. All store correspondence should be directed to
Customer Service to ensure
a timely reply. Email sent to any other address may experience processing
delays.
Can
you send me a catalog of all your parts and accessories?
In order to keep our product prices down, we do not plan to print or
distribute catalogs. Since we update and add products and special offers,
a catalog would be well out of date before it came off the presses, so
bookmark our site and visit often to keep up with the current happenings
at PT-Tuning.com. Also, be sure and "subscribe" to our e-mail
list as we will announce to our subscribers in advance each new event or
special.
What
browsers are supported in the store?
You can access and shop at the PT-Tuning.com Store using any browser
capable of displaying frames and using cookies, (IE4+ or NS4+.) If you have trouble, first
ensure that cookies are turned on in your browser and that no other
program (such as WatchDog) is enabled. You will also need to make sure
that you have SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) turned on in your browser
"advanced options" menu in order to access the secure side of
our server during the checkout procedure. If you do not have SSL enabled,
you will get a blank screen when you click the "checkout"
button.
Some
of the pages are getting cut off on the sides. What's wrong with my
browser?
There is nothing wrong with your browser - your screen resolution is
probably set too low to view everything properly. Try increasing the
resolution by one setting higher and then reloading the store pages. We
have tried to optimize the store for an 800x600 screen resolution so if
possible, try to run in this mode as a minimum.
Product Availability:
Before shopping, please note that we charge your credit card at the time
of shipping unless you are ordering a product that requires a deposit.

Details:
1) Under the Fair Credit
Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than
$50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you
liable for any of this $50.00, Bauhaus Corporation will cover
the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. Bauhaus
Corporation will cover this liability only if the unauthorized
use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own
from purchases made at our PT-Tuning.com Online Store while
using the secure server.
2) In the event of
unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your
credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules
and procedures.
