Important:
Any items returned to us must have shipping pre-paid to our
warehouse. We do not pay any shipping charges related to returns. We
will not accept COD shipping charges on returns.
We cannot accept returns of electrical or electronic products for
safety and warranty reasons.
Used items may not be returned under any circumstances - you must
determine immediately whether the product is damaged or that you don't
want it for whatever reason. Used items that become damaged are not
covered under our Satisfaction guarantee.
We will not accept used items as returns.
We are not responsible for items damaged by improper use or
installation.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your product.
Any return sent to us without an RMA number attached to the outside
of the packaging will be
returned to you at your
expense, or they may
incur up to a 50% restocking
fee if accepted without
prior written authorization.

Any customer
who purchases parts subject
to a free shipping special
and later returns the parts
for any reason will pay
the original shipping charges
as if free shipping were
not in effect and irrespective
of any restocking fees.
Damaged Items
Items damaged during shipping should be returned after obtaining a
return authorization number from us. To get the RMA, please fill out the
Return Authorization Request form that we send back to you. Once you've
done so, follow the directions below to return the product. If the item
you are returning is no longer available for any reason, we will either
send a comparable or better product, send you a refund check, or contact
you to give you several other choices. We will only replace damaged
items with an identical item except as noted in the last sentence. We
are not responsible for items damaged by improper use or installation.
Please make sure only to return an item with an RMA number clearly
visible on the packaging or you may incur up to a 20% restocking fee.
Other Returns
In general, if you decide you do not want a product because it does
not meet your expectations, we will gladly accept it in return for store
credit, only if the product has not been installed and is returned in
its original, undamaged packaging. We stand behind every product we
sell. Items that you wish to return because you decided you did not want
them may involve restocking fees of up to 20% (whether or not you
receive a store credit or refund check), and you will be responsible for
the return shipping costs. Store credit is issued in the form of an
electronic coupon which we will send to you via e-mail once we receive
the returned products. Just input the coupon code in the appropriate
info box during checkout to use your electronic credit. We use store
credits only for returns as this reduces our fees and allows us to keep
our prices competitive. As with damaged items, you must obtain our
authorization before returning items.
Where to Send Returns
Once you have received authorization, send returns to our mailing
address, which is listed in our
Contact Us
page. When you send your package, be sure to do the following or your
return processing may be substantially delayed.
Include a copy of our return authorization that we have e-mailed to
you, including your original note detailing the reason for returning the
products.
Include a copy of your original order receipt.
Ship pre-paid via traceable means (e.g. Priority Mail with Delivery
Confirmation, UPS, RPS, FEDEX, etc.).
Attach a separate sheet of paper with your RMA number written
clearly on it to the outside of the packaging. Do NOT write the RMA
number on the product packaging itself or we may not be able to resell
the item as new and you may be charged both a restocking and a
repackaging fee.
Be sure to e-mail us the tracking information necessary for us to
track the package.
You are responsible for pre-paid shipping to our warehouse on all
returns. No COD shipping will be accepted on returns.
Remember: electrical and electronic products are not returnable
unless they can be proven to have been damaged in shipment.
