In general, we try to make sure that items are shipped within two to five
business days of your order. In most cases, the processing time of orders
is more on the order of 24 to 36 hours. If the product is
backordered, we will try, to the best of our ability, to let you know when
the items are expected to be available. If it is a major new product or if
the product has a high demand, we will notify our e-mail list subscribers
in advance about the arrival of new inventory.
Some items, such as E&G and
Xenon body kits require extra time before shipment due to high demand and
extended lead time constraints from those manufacturers. We are constantly
working to shorten lead times before shipment.
At the time of ordering, a Customer can e-mail

1 or 2-day shipping as an
extra cost option. We will
then call and verify the
request before proceeding
with the expedited shipment
method. Expedited shipping
does not affect the normal
order processing time, just
the actual shipping time.
Also, please remember that
holidays can interfere with
normal shipping times and
make packages seem like
they are taking too long
to arrive - this is out
of our control since all
shipping methods experience
longer delivery times near
Christmas due to the overall
high volume of traffic,
so order early to guarantee
on-time delivery for Holiday
Gifts.
Special Note on Order Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your
order, you must do so before
it ships, or else it will
be considered a return and
will then be covered under
our Returns
Policy, which requires
a RMA number and up to a
20% restocking fee.
It is preferred that ALL
online order cancellations
be made by email sent to
Customer
Service. You can call
to cancel your order at
800-643-0793. Either way,
if you do NOT receive a
cancellation confirmation
number by the close of the
next business day, you should
contact us again. No order
is considered cancelled
without this confirmation
number. No order that has
already been shipped can
be cancelled, it can only
be returned.
Special Note on Free Shipping
Programs:
Free shipping programs
are all subject to time
limits and other restrictions.
Always
review the details of the
current shipping discounts
before ordering.
Any customer
who purchases parts subject
to a free shipping special
and later returns the parts
for any reason will pay
the original shipping charges
as if free shipping were
not in effect and irrespective
of any restocking fees.
If your order does not show up in the time allowed by the shipping method
selected, please call or e-mail us. We will then track the order for you
if the method of shipment is traceable.
Some items may be shipped via non-traceable means at your request or if
FED-X does not ship to your location. For example, US Mail is not
traceable, and USPS Priority Mail is not traceable unless there is a
tracking confirmation placed on the order which costs extra. Items may or
may not be shipped with tracking confirmation. Please allow sufficient
time for your order to arrive before asking us where it is. We cannot
spend time tracking products that are not considered late when you ask us
about them.
